2. Terms and prices

By using orbiktdash.com or ordering our services you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), include applicable taxes, and the total is displayed before you confirm an order.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel free of charge before the service starts or within 14 calendar days of purchase, unless it is already complete with your prior consent. Email contact@orbiktdash.com; approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

4. Consumer rights and complaints

Your rights are protected by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Send complaints to contact@orbiktdash.com; we reply within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Consumer Protection Service of Ukraine or a court.

5. Data, cookies, advertising

We process personal data with your consent under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Cookies require consent under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020. Advertising follows the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996; travel services, if offered, Law No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.
